Program outline

At first, I tend to refuse the invitation to Binh Phuoc for travelling, because this land is not in the diagram of the most beautiful spots and modern entertainment areas. But when I know that going to Binh Phuoc for participating in team building, I am willing to join in.

The participants must make friends with each other quickly and remember your new friends’ information, because that is who will accompany with us throughout the journey. The trip organized by Vietmark company with more than 70 participants, they are divided into 7 teams therefore to realize your team member is not easy because most participants do not know each other.

Each team has about 5-10 minutes to find out the team name and also team slogan, then they have to decorate the team flag. With the message “ Dare to dream – Dare to do”, each team must overcome three challenge stages: Finding your dream, Protecting your dream, implementing your dream. A locked wooden box and a map to start the journey are assigned to each team. Stop at each station and join in the game, if you win, you will be given an egg to write down your dream. Eggs are kept in the box and the most important is that you must really careful not to break the eggs during transportation.

Sunlight, tiredness is something that every participant joining in this team building trip must encounter. Most participants utter: “How mistreat it is”, “No more second time” or “An oath will not participate anymore”… there are 16 stations located throughout 60 hecta width My Le eco tourism! Some games such as: passing the precarious rope bridge, weighing grapefruit or removing landmines (to get the egg), passing the river by swan, cycling through the hill… are not easy for the beginners joining in team building.
 
Although tired, but most participants get through their journey happily. In gala dinner, an unique fashion show is held. With the tools: coconut ladle and rope, each team must design 2 costumes to perform on the stage. At the end of the program, these strangers have become… close friends, they sing together, dance together. At this time, the speech which is spoken out the most is “ If I have a chance, I will participate in team building again.”
Some advices when joining in team building

1. The participant should always keep your mood happy and open-minded. Since this is a team game so this will help people to understand and support each other better.
2. Before departure, you must determine your journey: where to go and how long it takes? Because you have to execise throughout the schedule so you must  bring dynamic clothings.
3. Since this is a developed and characterized program, you should equip notebook, camera or tape recorded to record the memorable moments. Also, remember to save the tour guide and the leader phone number to contact once you need.
4. When participating team building, you should not drink fizzy drinks and eat food at roadside because it would harm your health. Moreover,you should not drink beer, wine.
